Well well well. I received an amazing bundle of goodies from Catherine La Vite of Dry Gulch Beads.
Eeek. My mind was immediately transported to the woods at dawn. Soft muted tonal greens. And the king of the woodland the stag. I did attempt to fashion a deer head from silver which may still happen. But in between children and work and life the silver stag shall have to wait.
Here is the necklace I made. Springwood. And the earrings using the amazing headpins.
I used the copper spacers by cutting them into little flowers and embellishing the loop below the amazing patinaed deer antlers.
The amazing chain was embellished with the lovely carved jade flowers and twinkling crystal beads.
The earrings were whipped up using the etched drops and a pair of my copper Doofs that just sang together.
Pop on over to Catherine’s blog to see what she did with what I sent her here.
The symbolism in your necklace is outstanding. Also I really like the way you have photographed your work

I love the necklace! That chain. That antler piece. Fantastic. I would have never thought to cut spacer beads into flowers. Cool. The earrings are pretty too.

Wow! what a gorgeous ensemble! Love the antler piece and how it ties in with those earrings. We have land in the backwoods of Tennessee, where there are a lot of deer. This piece reminds me of that beautiful place.
