Bead Soup Cafe Blog Hop reveal 2017

These were the beautiful beads I received frim Karin King of Maverick Beads. A link to her blog is here

The special magical hoarded beads were by Sarah Hornik and totally way out there in the universe of colours i am not used to.

I used one of these fabulous beads as inspiration for the silver focal piece I made from sterling to echo the lines in the bead. Peridot and amethyst from Rich Dover. Karin also sent me these fabulous lampwork hollows. Basically all of these beads are from her and set onto hand wrought sterling silver.

The beautiful beaded beads I used in this fabulous piece which I will struggle to release into the ether ever

The challenge of colour, bright bold and festivally has taken me down a new and exciting path and inspired my show this evening in LBA Designers Galleria Showcase link entitled Gypsy Caravan with PixieWillow.

Thank you Karin and thank you to Lori for this little adventure

  1. I’m absolutely enamored of that bracelet! I would buy it in a second (let me know!) And your clasp! Do you sell those? And the wings!

Your post was one I was looking forward to as I really LOVED your soup, and you didn’t disappoint! Very well done!

  2. Both of your pieces are so very pretty. What a lovely, bright soup you were sent. You made great use of the beads, and I bet you’ll get many compliments when you wear them. Your sterling piece is a perfect match!
